AniHub provides an online platform for anime discovery, streaming-related functionality, community features, and other services.

You agree to use AniHub only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Some AniHub features may require an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login information secure
• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activity performed through your account

You should not share your account credentials with others or attempt to access another user's account.

Users must not:

• Attempt to damage or disrupt AniHub
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Abuse website functionality
• Use automated methods to attack or overload the platform
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Circumvent security measures
• Attempt to manipulate Ki Points or rewards
• Use the platform for unlawful activities
• Abuse community or messaging features

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

AniHub may provide a virtual points system known as Ki Points.

Ki Points:

• Have no cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Cannot be exchanged for real-world currency
• May be earned, spent, or used according to the current AniHub system
• May be subject to limits or changes

AniHub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Ki Points features when necessary.

AniHub may allow users to obtain ad-free access through available Ki Points options. Availability, duration, cost in Ki Points, and other conditions may change.

An ad-free pass does not necessarily provide access to features that are unrelated to advertising.

Anime titles, characters, logos, artwork, trademarks, and other intellectual property may belong to their respective copyright holders.

AniHub does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property unless explicitly stated. Copyright concerns should be submitted through the DMCA page.

AniHub may rely on third-party services or external infrastructure. We are not responsible for outages, changes, interruptions, or policies of third-party services outside our control.

We aim to keep AniHub available and functional, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. AniHub may temporarily become unavailable because of:

• Maintenance
• Technical problems
• Server issues
• Security incidents
• Infrastructure changes
• Third-party service interruptions
• Other circumstances beyond our control

AniHub may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or create security or operational risks.

Features, services, streaming options, points systems, and other parts of AniHub may change over time. We may add, modify, or remove features when necessary.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of AniHub after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
